Biografia    

 

The scenarios depicted in this artist’s works contain a plethora of colours and symbols that entice us unravel the mystery shrouding them. 

They contain a wealth of quotations, sensations and allusions: a magical blend, where the beaches of Panama and Western technology cohabit; where South American religious rites mingle with the overwhelming lure of trade with Europe; where men long for their freedom and take pleasure in the hope offered by the open blue skies. These are the works of Aristides Ureña Ramos.
